Is every image of me a DMCA case?
Not necessarily. Copyright and image rights are different matters. The strategy depends on who owns the rights to the work and the type of violation involved.
Is removal from Google the same as removal from a website?
No. Delisting removes a result from search. Removal at the source seeks to take content off the website hosting it. These are different actions that can complement each other.
